Sales tax
Value Added Tax (VAT, currently 20%) is calculated on shipping destination. It is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU the price excludes VAT but orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty on arrival. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.
Payment methods
All orders must be paid for by debit card or credit card. Payment by electronic bank transfer is possible if you prefer, please contact us for details. For online ordering we also accept payment by Paypal. All prices are in UK pounds sterling (£). Credit card transactions for orders from outside the UK will be converted by your card company at their current exchange rates.

Should you have a complaint with the service or a product we have provided please contact us via the contact page or by e-mailing us, writing to us or calling 01793 790183, our lines are open Mondays to Fridays.

Law
The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. Product suitability and training
Goods are supplied on the understanding that the end user has appropriate knowledge and experience of their sport, and can choose equipment suitable to their skill level. If there is any doubt in your mind as to the suitability of any equipment we supply please contact Cloudbase Airsports for advice. We will not be held responsible for any loss, injury or death resulting from the use of equipment supplied.
Courses and Bookings
Customers who have purchased a course or trip following payment must book using the online booking system or booking by phone/email. The nature of UK weather means your instructor will be assessing days which are suitable, regular cancellations are normal until a day becomes available. If there are any queries regarding this please contact us to discuss.
Vouchers are valid for specific periods and the owneness is on the customer to book in for courses and air experience flights. Only in exception circumstances would Cloudbase extend these vouchers.
